Sushi is a representative of Japanese cuisine. It is a healthy and tasty typical Japanese dish, but it is surprisingly high in salt. In this issue, we will show you how to make "Spring Chirashi Sushi" with consideration for salt, potassium, and phosphorus, as well as some clever ways to reduce the amount of salt when adding soy sauce.
